• workshop self-mastery concepts by Natasha Black, Spiritual Life Coach focused on removing blocks, developing self-awareness and empowerment,

• the power, magic and madness of Kundalini yoga and chanting guided by Kylie Upton and an after-dinner meditation and gong bath.

You will also have the opportunity to walk, swim, dance, water gaze, spot animals, listen to birds, sit in the sun and under the night sky, bask in silence and feel inspired on this unique, valuable immersion.

 Spiritual Life Coach, Energy Healer, Mystic

Natasha is dedicated to helping people live the life they desire by empowering them with tools to make decisions confidently and intuitively so they can start creating a life they are deeply passionate about.

 

She works holistically with mind, body and spirit to remove limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, stress and overwhelm. She does this by showing you how to unlock the amazingness that is already within you to be able to handle challenges you may face in your day to day life.

Natasha's passion is to help people to dig deeply to remember how powerful they are. She works one on one with people and administers a free empowering Facebook community to

help women claim their sovereignty and realise their purpose.

During the Retreat Within Natasha will run a daily workshops focused on

Kylie Upton

 Kundalini Yoga, Gong Whisperer, Yogic Scientist

​

Kylie has successfully used the technology of Kundalini Yoga to optimise her health, personal relationships and business life. She offers regular classes, workshops and gong sound baths.

​

She has a special interest in working with creatives, business people, entrepreneurs and children using the Kundalini Yoga technology to help them generate more creativity, flow, prosperity and expansion.

 

Her experience of Kundalini Yoga instils the firm belief this practice is a toolbox for the Aquarian Age.

​

During the Retreat Within Kylie will deliver a morning 90-minute Kundalini Yoga class and evening meditation and gong bath focused on assisting you to develop your self-mastery, strengthen your mind, body, soul connection and cultivate expansion.
